How we use data and how you control optional services.
Who operates this site
Vlad Strongman operates vladimirstrongman.com. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights, contact strongmanvladimir@gmail.com. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
Necessary preferences
The site stores your privacy choice (vlad-privacy-v1), its date and permitted options locally for up to 180 days. The video archive display preference (video-archive-view) is stored locally until you clear it. These preferences do not track visits for analytics. Vercel hosts the site and processes technical request data for delivery, security and diagnostics.
Google Analytics — only with consent
If you allow Analytics, Google receives information such as pages visited, visit time, referral source, browser, device and interactions. Google may derive an approximate location from your IP address; for users in the EU, Switzerland and the UK, Google states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses. User and event data retention is set to two months; aggregated reports may be retained longer. The _ga and _ga_8QJVWV6PHF cookies distinguish visits and sessions and are configured to expire after at most 180 days. We do not load the tag or send data to Analytics before consent or after rejection.
What we do not collect through Analytics
We do not send names, email addresses, message contents or Workout Generator inputs. Query parameters and fragments are removed from page addresses sent to Analytics. Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled. Measurement runs only on the public domain; local and preview environments are excluded.
YouTube — a separate choice
Videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you allow YouTube and press Play. YouTube may then process your IP address, device and playback information and use local storage or cookies under its policies. You can use the direct YouTube link instead. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent you from separately allowing videos.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Open Cookie settings in the footer of any page to allow or reject Analytics and YouTube separately. When you withdraw Analytics consent, we delete Analytics cookies accessible to this site and reload the page to stop the tag. The YouTube player is removed if you withdraw its permission. Withdrawal does not automatically erase previously collected data; contact us for a request concerning your data.
Contact, recipients and your rights
If you contact us by email or social media, we use the information you send to respond. Google and Vercel are external providers for the services described and may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable contractual safeguards. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP. We do not sell your data.
